WHY THIS GUIDE?

I created this guide because I know what it feels like to have no sense of joy in your life. After suffering a number of traumatic losses in 2022, I realized that it was going to take a holistic approach to recover and find peace in my life again. Once I did the work to heal, I was inspired to share this guide to help other women on their own journey to overcoming grief and loss and finding their way back to joy again. Your healing?
